The Food Runner is responsible for consistently delivering results to contribute to Champion’s Club mission and overall success by coordinating food orders , supporting servers in carrying beverages, delivering meal items to designated tables, and ensuring a great experience and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders to guests quickly and accurately
  • Help maintain culture, and positive vibe of the brand experiences while serving guests
  • Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
  • Check in with guests to ensure their experience is satisfactory
  • Relay reports of guests satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
  • Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
  • Comply with health and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, and beverages
  • Handle various impromptu requests from guests
  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • Address issues in a professional manner through effective interpersonal communication
  • Other duties as assigned and modified at managers discretion

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior experience in restaurant preferred
  • Food Handler’s Certification
  • TABC Certification
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday
  • Ability to adhere to all company policies and the code of conduct
  • Attention to details
  • Exemplary time and resource management including good attendance
  • Ability to maintain peak performance during high stress situations
