Neonatal Physician Assistant - Phoenix, Arizona

Solara Neonatal is searching for a Neonatal Physician Assistant to join our Practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Two years of NICU experience required. 


Join a dynamic team with true colleagues committed to transparency and support, comprised of a dedicated team of Neonatologists and Advanced Practice Providers, focused on delivering state-of-the-art, innovative neonatal care where quality improvement and evidence-based practice are at the forefront. 

 

In this role, you will:

  • Provide advanced, evidence-based neonatal care in Level II and Level III NICUs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
  • Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making
  • Contribute to program development, education, and policy implementation
  • Support the training and mentorship of new and existing staff
  • Engage in ongoing professional development for yourself and your colleagues
  • Uphold Solara’s commitment to clinical excellence and family-centered care
