Alliance Steel, Inc. is seeking Painters to join our growing team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to these surfaces. Painters may also perform touch-ups or coordinate large painting projects related to the construction industry.

Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To:

· Preparing painting surfaces by means of air or wiping with solvent, removing old paint.

· Applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces

· Preparing the surrounding area by covering with cloth or plastic to prevent messes

· Taping off areas as needed

· Any other duties assigned

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

· Experience painting a plus

· Previous work experience in a manufacturing company a plus

· Bilingual a plus

· Applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces

Requirements

· Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of time.

· Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.

· Able to follow all safety procedures.
