About the Role

Smiley Tooth Pediatrics is excited to welcome a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who’s as enthusiastic about pediatric patient care as we are. Come be part of a team that brightens smiles—and days—to build lifelong dental confidence!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality, compassionate chairside care for infants, children and adolescents
  • Take and process dental X-rays and upload to patient charts
  • Prepare and maintain operatory rooms; sterilize instruments
  • Navigate patient records and treatment documentation
  • Educate families on oral hygiene and post-operative care
  • Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure smooth, child-friendly experiences

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
  • CPR & X-ray certification preferred
  • Friendly and patient-focused, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, upbeat pediatric setting
  • Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus
