About the Role
<div><u>Responsibilities:<br></u><br>-Supervise and manage on-site construction and finishing works according to project drawings and specifications.<br><br>-Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.<br><br>-Review and interpret technical drawings and ensure correct implementation.<br><br>-Monitor site progress, ensure timelines are met, and report updates to the project manager.<br><br>-Ensure work quality and compliance with safety and technical standards.<br><br>-Prepare site documentation, including daily reports and material requests.<br><br>-Use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to support project documentation and coordination.<br><br><br><u>Requirements</u>:<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.<br><br>3–6 years of experience in site execution or finishing works.<br><br>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.<br><br>Good communication and organizational skills.<br><br>Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.</div>
