High-Touch Execution Strategist

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Team: Quant Execution Analytics (QEA)</strong></p> <p><span data-teams="true">We are looking to add a High-Touch Execution Strategist to our Quant Execution Analytics (QEA) team. Our team manages the central high-touch execution ecosystem across asset classes, and you will be responsible for interfacing with our traders, execution quants, external counterparties and other internal stakeholders on designing and improving our execution processes, as well as onboarding new products to trade. If you are looking to join a fast paced, ever-evolving environment, we encourage you to apply.</span></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with strategists to understand requirements and onboard new flows into the High-Touch execution pipeline</li> <li>Collect market intelligence and analyze market microstructures</li> <li>Review transaction costs and recommend trading improvements in coordination with traders and quantitative developers</li> <li>Liaise with dealers and external platforms (Tradeweb, Bloomberg, etc.)</li> <li>Promote and enforce best trading practices on the High-Touch desk</li> </ul> <p><strong>Role Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–4 years of experience in a High-Touch execution role</li> <li>Proficiency in Python&nbsp;and/or KDB</li> <li>Strong analytical and communication skills</li> <li>Familiarity with transaction cost analysis&nbsp;(TCA)</li> <li>Experience with project management&nbsp;tools and methodologies</li> <li>Git/Jupyter&nbsp;skills are a plus</li> <li>Ability to work closely with trading desks and understand detailed market structures</li> </ul>
