Product & Engineering Operations Specialist

We’re working with dozens of sources to provide a superior experience across screens and platforms, including mobile, video, social and native.</p></div><p>We&nbsp;are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a&nbsp;Product&nbsp;&amp;&nbsp;Engineering&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;Specialist&nbsp;with&nbsp;solid&nbsp;experience&nbsp;orchestrating&nbsp;all&nbsp;aspects&nbsp;of&nbsp;“how&nbsp;work&nbsp;happens”&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;large&nbsp;technology&nbsp;company.&nbsp;The&nbsp;ideal&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;has&nbsp;a&nbsp;perfect&nbsp;blend&nbsp;of&nbsp;organizational&nbsp;skills,&nbsp;technology&nbsp;experience,&nbsp;and&nbsp;communication&nbsp;and&nbsp;interpersonal&nbsp;skills&nbsp;to&nbsp;align&nbsp;product&nbsp;and&nbsp;engineering&nbsp;teams&nbsp;on&nbsp;a&nbsp;continuous&nbsp;basis.</p> <h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Full stewardship of existing and new project management technologies (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Monday), including defining all structure, metadata and taxonomy to represent use cases</li> <li>Ensuring continually accurate representation of projects states, from initiation, through estimation, development, delivery tracking, and accounting thereof</li> <li>Workload capacity planning</li> <li>Lead and co-lead quarterly and annual internal &amp; external milestones, including delivery reviews, KPI checks, R&amp;D financial accounting, compliance and other audit reviews, R&amp;D credit applications</li> <li>Continuous collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to deliver the above</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Required Qualifications:</h3> <ul> <li>3+ Years experience in a similar role</li> <li>PMP Certification</li> <li>Mastery of Atlassian Jira and its ecosystem</li> <li>Experience managing projects in large, globally-distributed technology companies using agile scrum Product+Engineering practices</li> <li>Organized to a fault</li> <li>Efficient, collaborative and proactive communicator using a variety of media (presentations, emails, slack, calls, etc..)</li> <li>Working with cross functional teams to identify dependencies</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have:</h3> <ul> <li>Familiarity with the adtech ecosystem</li> <li>Experience in large publicly-traded companies</li> <li>Product and/or technology background</li> </ul>
