Job Summary:
- ดูแลงาน Operation Mortar และ 3D Printing Solution
- บริหารจัดการทีมงาน และควบคุมดูแลการผลิต Mortar และ 3D Printing Solution
- สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการขายงาน 3D Printing ร่วมกับทาง MKT และ R&I
- พัฒนา และบริหารทีมงาน เพื่อให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- นำเอาระบบมาตรฐานมาใช้ในการบริหารงาน
- ควบคุมต้นทุนให้เป็นไปตามแผนที่วางไว้
Responsibilities:
- งาน Operation Mortar
- ประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ผลิตสินค้าได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ
- ดูแลงานกระบวนการผลิตและจ่ายสินค้า และประสานงานซ่อมบำรุงและงานควบคุมคุณภาพ
- การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น ทีมบัญชี, ทีมตลาด, ทีมวิจัยพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์, ทีม Supply Chain
- วางแผนค่าใช้จ่าย และควบคุมต้นทุน วางแผนงานใน Annual Plan CAPEX,VC,FOH และ วางกลยุทธ์ใน MTP
- ดูแลโครงการต่างๆ เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพในการผลิต และเพิ่มคุณภาพของสินค้า - งาน 3D Printing
- ร่วม Get Requirement กับลูกค้าเพื่อสื่อสารข้อจำกัดต่างๆในการผลิตชิ้นงาน
- ขึ้นโมเดลชิ้นงาน และประเมินความแข็งแรงของชิ้นงาน 3D Printing (Structural and Reinforcement Design)
- ถอดปริมาณงานเพื่อประเมินราคาของโครงการ (BOQ)
- จัดทำไฟล์สำหรับการผลิต (G-code files for the production of 3D printing)
- ออกแบบวิธีการยกและขนส่งชิ้นงานอย่างปลอดภัย (Design of Lifting operation)
- ออกแบบวิธีการติดตั้งชิ้นงานอย่างปลอดภัย (Design of 3D printing installations)
- ควบคุมการผลิตและส่งมอบขิ้นงานให้กับลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการขายงาน 3D Printing ร่วมกับทาง MKT และ R&I
Qualifications:
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาเครื่องกล, สาขาอุตสาหกรรมการผลิต, สาขาอุตสาหการ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (G.P.A. > 2.70)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี (TOEIC > 550)
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านงานควบคุมการเดินโรงงาน, การใช้เครื่อง CNC
- มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรอบคอบ และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ คิดทำสิ่งใหม่ๆ อยู่เสมอ
- มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถตัดสินใจและสามารถวิเคราะห์แก้ไขปัญหาต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย (ท่าหลวง) จำกัด โรงงานเขาวง อ.พระพุทธบาท จ.สระบุรี ได้
