About the Role
【工作內容】
作為華邦的(中科)客製化記憶體產品測試開發工程師，你將負責把關產品生產週期的每一道關卡，確保產品良率、性能及品質。工作內容包含：
(1) Discuss with designer during product development.
(2) Define Probe Card SPEC.
(3) Simulate product function before tape out.
(4) Test PGM development and innovation by Advantest T5833 / T5377s
(5) Verify new product circuit.
(6) Process failure model analyzation.
(7) Test PGM release.

【條件要求】
學歷要求：碩士
科系要求：電機電子工程相關 │ 工程學科類(全部) │ 資訊工程相關
相關經驗：3年以上
語言能力：英文 中級

1. 電子電路/數位邏輯與程式開發專業知識與能力 , 具記憶體測試/產品等相關經驗尤佳。
