About the Role

Description

COMPANY LOCATION, has current openings for a Restaurant Assistant Managers. The successful applicants will be work closely with the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations - hiring, training, scheduling, ensuring quality food presentation and fantastic guest experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Overseeing both Front of House and Back of House Operations as assigned by General Manager
- Interviewing, training and coaching Front of House co-workers.
- Completing all related fiscal management processes.
- Assisting with the development of co-worker schedules.
- Providing leadership and being a role model for all co-workers.
- Serving and/or bartending shifts
- Resolving guest concerns
- Providing oversight for large party bookings, special events and company specials
- Providing outstanding guest engagement and ensuring quality plate presentation.
- Setting high expectations for co-worker performance and ensuring all policies and practices are followed.

Requirements

Requirements:
* Previous restaurant or bar experience
* Must be at least 21 years old
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Outstanding organization and time management skills
* Highly motivated for success
* Engaging personality and ability to lead by example
* Desire to grow with a rapidly expanding company, currently located in 10 states


Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of bartending or serving experience in full-menu restaurants
- At least one year managerial or supervisory experience in restaurant industry
- A desire to grow as a leader and to daily be better than you were the day before.

- Group Health Plans - 50% of premium paid by Employer, available 90 days post hire.

- 6 paid vacation days per calendar year. Vacation days are prorated for current year depending on date of hire.
