Requirements

Qualifications (vary by position)

Depending on the role, requirements may include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree or certification preferred for clinical positions
   
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain upon hire
   
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory background check
   
• Experience working in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or social services preferred
   
• Commitment to Palmer’s mission, ethics, and client-centered care approach
