Registered Nurse (PRN) – Night Shift


Join our dedicated healthcare team as a PRN Registered Nurse working night shifts. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and hospital policies

- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Document patient information thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care

- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Basic life support (BLS) certification; additional certifications (e.g., ACLS) a plus
