Join Ally Psychiatry |PRN - IP Role


Ally Psychiatry is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing team in the Myrtle Beach, SC market.


  • This is an onsite IP PRN role, for occasional weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities


• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders.

• Deliver high-quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA) with psychiatric experience or a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state you are applying to.
  • Board Certification as a PA or PMHNP.
  • Must have DEA or have the ability and current qualifications to obtain it.
  • Prior experience preferred in providing mental health counseling services within a clinical setting.
  • Must possess a State License to practice and it must be in good standing.
  • Must possess the knowledge base in health promotion maintenance, advanced pathophysiology, advanced health assessment and pharmacology.
  • RRPA requires a detailed background check and drug screen for employment.
