Your forecasts and financial insights will <strong>directly influence key business decisions</strong>, helping the company plan strategically for future growth, manage cashflow effectively, and make better-informed, high-impact business decisions.</p><p></p><p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>You have at least <strong>6 months of experience in finance</strong> or related roles.</li><li>You’re highly skilled in <strong>Excel</strong> and comfortable working with numbers.</li><li>You have a keen eye for detail and enjoy <strong>analyzing complex financial data</strong>.</li><li>Ability to <strong>analyze multiple currencies</strong>&nbsp;simultaneously due to nature of company's business.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to <strong>build accurate, interactive financial models</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Exact Online</strong> is a plus.</li><li>Passionate about finance and <strong>working with numbers</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Success Drivers in the First 90 Days</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Build an <strong>accurate, interactive cashflow forecast</strong> that can be used by the leadership team to make informed decisions.</p></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Role type: Fixed-Term Employment (</strong>candidates must be based in the <strong>Netherlands)</strong></p><p><strong>Work model:</strong>&nbsp;Hybrid arrangement with at least 1x a week in the office, the rest remote -&nbsp;with&nbsp;fully flexible working hours</p><p><strong>Time tracking:</strong>&nbsp;Hubstaff time tracker</p><p><strong>Compensation package:</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly pay + performance incentives</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Apply now and show us your skills! 🌟</p>
