Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a scenario. Advance the capabilities of Kubernetes and auxiliary components on Azure. Accelerate development velocity for all engineers. Balance pragmatism with vision; deliver continuous improvements to the team's process and codebase. Build automation to prevent and/or remediate service problems from becoming production incidents. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Golang, Java, JavaScript, or Python 5+ years experience in commercial software development, including building, shipping, and operating reliable distributed solutions. Experience with container technologies and orchestration using Kubernetes. 1+ year(s) experience designing and implementing scalable systems, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science OR related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Golang, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Golang, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 1+ year(s) experience working with Linux, engaging in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to ensure reliability and operational excellence, and using Artificial Intelligence (AI) coding tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar technologies to enhance development productivity.
