About the Role

We’re hiring a Technical Sourcer & Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale Stampli by identifying and engaging top technical talent. In this sourcing-led role, you’ll partner with hiring managers and the Recruiting team to build strong pipelines, drive sourcing strategy, and support full-cycle hiring for key Engineering and R&D positions.

You’ll work within an AI-First recruiting culture, using advanced tools, automation, and data to source more effectively and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll develop a deep understanding of Stampli’s teams and culture, enabling you to target and attract the right talent quickly and confidently.

This role plays a critical part in shaping the teams that power Stampli’s continued growth and success.

What You Will Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for primarily Engineering, from screening and assessing candidates to driving the interview process, offer, and close.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Stampli’s culture, teams, and hiring needs to effectively qualify and engage candidates who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, interviewers, and leaders to ensure alignment, deliver insights, and execute an efficient, collaborative hiring process.
  • Own and lead all sourcing efforts for technical roles across Engineering, R&D, and additional departments, ensuring a strong, continuous top-of-funnel pipeline.
  • Conduct deep research, including Boolean searches, talent mapping, and competitor analysis using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, JuiceBox, SeekOut, LinkedIn AI tools) to enhance search precision, improve personalization, and increase conversion.
  • Support additional recruiting and people-related initiatives as needed in a dynamic, fast-growing company.



What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and technical sourcing experience within fast-paced startup environments, with a focus on Engineering/R&D roles.
  • Proven ability to identify, engage, and convert passive technical talent using advanced sourcing techniques and research methods.
  • Expertise in sourcing tools and methodologies, including Boolean searches, social sourcing, market mapping, and AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with key recruiting systems, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (e.g., Comeet), with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
  • Strong data orientation, including tracking pipeline metrics and using insights to improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to craft clear, compelling outreach and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • High level of initiative, ownership, and urgency, with a track record of driving results independently.
  • Strong partnership skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers, peers, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • A creative, curious mindset and a genuine passion for building high-performing teams.
