Principal Landscape Architect

<p>Archibat HR Asia is looking for a Principal Landscape Architect for a established and leading architecture and engineering firm based for their Dubai Office.</p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><ul><li>Oversee the Landscape Teams across multiple offices, collaborating closely with the Community Planning, Environmental, and Cultural teams.</li><li>Take charge of project management responsibilities, including developing proposals, defining project scopes and budgets, establishing project schedules, and conducting profitability analysis.</li><li>Provide supervision for both professional and technical staff, encompassing tasks such as recruitment, performance evaluations, optimizing staff member assignments, and fostering teamwork within the department.</li><li>Efficiently manage team workflows, project assignments, overall schedules, and resource allocation to meet project requirements and target utilization.</li><li>Consistently embody the firm's vision, mission, and core values in your work and interactions.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Community Planning, Urban Design, or closely related field.</li><li>20 years of relevant consulting, agency, or municipal experience, with at least 5 yrs exp working at Director / Principal level</li><li>5+ years of supervisory and leadership experience.</li><li>Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) registration.</li><li>GCC experience a must (not remote based but based in GCC)</li><li>Strong project management, client management, profit management, and people management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Master's degree in related field.</li><li>Experience in a multidisciplinary consulting firm.</li><li>Business development experience. Position is to be based in Dubai.</li></ul>
