התפקיד כולל אחריות כוללת על תכנון הצטיידות לרכש ולייצור עבור פרויקטים בחברה, תוך עבודה עם מערכות מידע מתקדמות ועם ממשקי רכש, הנדסה וניהול פרויקטים. התפקיד דורש יכולת ניתוח נתונים, בקרה על התקדמות הייצור והרכש והצגת סטטוסים שוטפים לגורמי הנהלה. נדרש כושר עבודה עצמאי, יכולת ניהול מקביל של מספר פרויקטים ועבודה בסביבה דינמית מרובת ממשקים.
התפקיד כולל
- תכנון הצטיידות לרכש וייצור בהתאם לדרישות הפרויקטים והמלצות מערכת MRP.
- הפקת דרישות רכש ופקודות עבודה לייצור ומעקב אחר ביצוען עד לאספקה מלאה.
- מעקב כולל אחר התקדמות הרכש, הייצור ולוחות הזמנים בפרויקטים מתחילתם ועד למסירתם ללקוח .
- הצגת סטטוסים מקצועיים למנהלי פרויקטים ולהנהלת התפעול.
- עבודה שוטפת מול רכש, הנדסה, מחסן וניהול פרויקטים לצורך הבטחת זמינות חומר.
- ניתוח נתוני מלאי, חומר ותכנון לצורך שיפור תהליכים וייעול תזמון הייצור.
- תמיכה בניהול עצי מוצר, תיעוד הנדסי ותצורה.
דרישות התפקיד
השכלה ודרישות סף במערכות:
- שליטה מלאה במערכות ERP - חובה.
- ידע מצוין בכלל כלי אופיס ובפרט Excel – חובה.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת Priority – יתרון.
- היכרות עם מערכות תיעוד ובקרת תצורה.
דרישות לתפקיד:
- השכלה בתחומי הנדסת תעשייה וניהול – חובה.
- לפחות שנתיים ניסיון בחברת הייטק יצרנית, כולל ניהול מלאי - חובה.
- ניסיון בעבודה עם פרויקטים בייצור והרכבה רב־תחומית - יתרון משמעותי.
- היכרות מעמיקה עם תכנון ותזמון חומר (MRP) ומבנה עצי מוצר.
- יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ וריבוי משימות בסביבה דינמית.
- חשיבה יצירתית, יכולת פתרון בעיות, אחריות ועצמאות גבוהה.
