About the Role
- Successfully validate and improve product solutions over time through measurement, monitoring, and experimentation. - Work with data at massive scale. - Partner with various engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, prioritize issues, build deep visibility into platform health, and drive systemic improvements. - Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, and more to the leadership team. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development - OR equivalent experience. - Technical background preferably in large-scale platforms, and working knowledge of APIs and cloud storage. - Ability to intelligently analyze large data sets to root cause problems and discover improvement opportunities. - Solid working knowledge of SQL to extract or transform data from various sources. - Able to make technical trade-offs required to balance performance, cost, and reliability.
