About the Role

Description

 We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands-on machining experience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet production goals. 

Requirements

  • At least 4+ (four) or more years’ experience in CNC machining & manual machining on a variety of machines 
  • At least 4+ (four) or more years’ experience navigating CNC controls including OSP, Fanuc, Haas controls.
  • Strong math skills, especially in geometry and basic algebra. 
  • Must be familiar with machining ferrous, non-ferrous, and synthetic materials and alloys. 
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude and appreciation for building and working with materials in a high-level environment.
  • Must be familiar with identifying, developing, and performing required daily/weekly/monthly/semi-annual and annual maintenance on all machining equipment.
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the field of advanced manufacturing technologies. 
  • Prior experience using inspection and metrology tools/equipment. 
  • Strong organization and communication skills. (ERP, QMS, Microsoft Suite preferred). 
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems.
  • Strong clerical skills, including inventory tracking, production scheduling, and time management. 
  • High School Diploma or GED required. Any relevant technical or industry certification preferred.
