About the Role

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 
Sunday to Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch  
Wed - Thu: 11 am- 8 pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch 
Pacific time

Responsibilities 
  • The primary role is to take inbound calls to book cleaning appointments.
  • Provide pricing from the website and explain the coverage of the services.
  • Send email/SMS quotations based on services to be availed.
  • Scheduling appointments/cleaning services that are efficient for both the company and its customers.
  • Perform some admin tasks during quiet periods


Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal
  • At least 2 years of experience working in the cleaning industry or services 
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience working in customer service - can freely engage with customers without relying on scripts
  • Sales background is a plus but not required
