Senior Software Engineer (Frontend)

Develop and maintain accessible and performant front-end web framework features using JavaScript/TypeScript. Drive architectural changes by profiling and improving UX performance and front-end architecture, in collaboration with design and leadership, leveraging AI-powered learning platforms and tools. Invest in the growth of an inclusive and capable environment by mentoring and training team members within the team and across the organization. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience on front-end development and web accessibility. Familiarity with accessibility-focused software development patterns and a commitment to inclusive design using web technologies.
