Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Drives team to ensure yield and continuous improvements into mass production and prioritize manufacturing focus through use of process control tools and analysis of measurement data to identify trends and correlations Lead activities between the Engineering and Operations groups in order to manage materials supply and quality of incoming material.Lead process improvement projects from prototype phase to production phaseLeads the development and management of documentation in support of process technology, operating procedures and process control requirements.Design and lead experiments to perform accelerated failure analysis.Root cause analysis of defects and failure modes.Technical project managementAbility to integrate into multidisciplinary and cross-functional teamsHands-on, creative approach to problem solving and the ability to translate engineering requests into working solutions Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing, engineering, physics, chemistry, or related field experience in a manufacturing environment OR Master's Degree in manufacturing, engineering, physics, chemistry, or related field experience in a manufacturing environment OR equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications:Doctorate in manufacturing, engineering, physics, chemistry, or related field AND experience in a manufacturing environmentOR equivalent experiencePatent or track record of engineering excellency This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
