Provide consolidated regional inputs for global application roadmaps related to energy storage systems (ESS) and offer customer feedback. Develop and monitor regional forecasts and ensure financial performance meets expectations. Contribute significantly to allocation decisions and ensuring commercial synchronization across different departments. University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic or Electrical Engineering. 8-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in power electronics or semiconductor related field. Strategic thinking, openness, learning agility Proactive to work with internal & external team to synergize the result and drive segment growth. Excellent presentation & communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure. Energetic, highly self-motivated, and detail-oriented with global mindset.
