About the Role
This role requires prior experience on virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Azure Stack and/or VMware solutions. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting; - Prior experience on virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, Azure Stack and/or VMware solutions. Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). - Have potential to scale as CSA Pod Lead with ability to lead planning and delivery of vendor Pod team by engaging account team. Ability to manage customer relationship by conducting monthly engagement reviews and assuring quality and be accountable for capacity planning, hiring, skilling and utilization of Pod members. This position requires verification of Australian citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports Australian government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate's citizenship will be verified with a valid passport. Customer Centricity - Gather customer/partner feedback and map solutions to business outcomes; represent customer needs to internal teams. Guide team members to deliver a seamless customer experience and define success criteria, address dissatisfaction proactively. Listen actively, challenge customer direction when needed, and present alternative solutions. Business Impact Build strong customer relationships to identify and resolve technical blockers, accelerating solution adoption. Lead architecture design and technical optimization to ensure resilient, high-performing deployments. Technical Leadership - Act as CSA Pod Lead: drive team planning, manage customer relationships, and oversee team capacity and development. Develop and follow a technical learning plan; mentor and support less experienced colleagues. Share technical insights with internal and external communities; participate in industry events and share learnings. Generate and share ideas for improving intellectual property, technologies, and processes; identify and address gaps.
