About the Role
<p><strong>Senior Sales Engineer – Public Sector & Hospitals (Belgium)<br></strong><strong>📍 Vilvoorde</strong></p>
<p>At InterSystems, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise at a new level: working directly with customers, partners, and decision-makers in the public sector.</p>
<p><strong>What will you do?</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Use your technical background to translate complex customer questions into innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Help customers truly solve their challenges around data, integration, and analytics – not with one-off code, but with scalable architectures.</li>
<li>Present solutions, deliver workshops, and support proof-of-concepts.</li>
<li>Work closely with customers as well as internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development.</li>
<li>Stay close to the technology, without having to program full-time.</li>
</ul>

<li>8+ years of experience in software development, data platforms, or system integration.</li>
<li>Strong interest in advising customers and shaping technical solutions.</li>
<li>Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integration principles.</li>
<li>Interest in architecture, high availability, and security.</li>
<li>Fluent communication in at least 2 of the following languages: Flemish, French, or English.</li>
