Senior Software Engineer

Working closely with cross-functional teams across geographies, you will ensure alignment on goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines. ​​Lead the design and implement robust testing strategies and automation frameworks, enhance existing test systems to ensure high-quality releases of AS in various release vehicles including Power BI, AAS, SSAS etc. Lead the development of secure, scalable engineering systems that enhance productivity and support compliance. Mentor and support team members, providing technical guidance, fostering growth, and promoting a culture of learning and accountability. Integrate GenAI and modern testing architectures to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency. Collaborate across disciplines and geographies to align on engineering goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Drive metric-based execution and continuous tracking of success indicators to inform priorities and outcomes. ​​Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python. 2+ years experience with testing frameworks OR engineering systems. Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across disciplines and global teams. Willingness to accommodate meetings and collaboration across US Pacific Time zone and Taiwan working hours. ​​Masters's degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python. Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence technologies. Experience with PowerShell, Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, Kusto. Passion for driving quality and engineering efficiency through data-driven insights, GenAI integration, and automation strategies. ​
