IN Backoffice Engineer

1 - 3 years of experience in Telecom or IT Strong knowledge of tariff design, RMA handling, and templates for rating/policy/service definitions. Practical skills in Linux system administration, Oracle database administration, Unix shell scripting and general programming for automation and troubleshooting. Good understanding of GSM/WCDMA, core network elements (MSC/GMSC/STP/HLR), IP networking, routing and traffic handling concepts. Experience with virtualized hardware installations and basic capacity planning and network impact analysis. Proven analytical, investigative and problem-solving abilities; able to work independently, meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. Fluent English (spoken and written) and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
