About the Role
As our digital capabilities expand, the integration of common interfaces and base platforms along with advanced system models will optimize performance essential to our continued success. Agile Delivery: Work in an agile environment; ensure adherence to agile processes. Release Planning: Orchestrate development and execution of release plans. Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain user story backlog. Task Prioritization: Triage tasks/issues and prioritize based on criticality. Project Leadership: Lead data center software projects (electrical systems, controls, cooling, edge/cloud). Stakeholder Collaboration: Define scope and deliverables with product owners, infra teams, and partners. Team Management: Mentor engineers, QA, DevOps, and infra specialists; foster collaboration. Process Optimization: Implement Agile, DevOps, ITIL practices for efficiency and reliability. Risk & Compliance: Mitigate risks related to operations, security, and compliance. Resource Planning: Allocate resources effectively based on project needs and skills. Quality Assurance: Ensure reliability, scalability, security through robust testing. Reporting: Provide regular updates and metrics to senior management. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for integration and support. Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, innovation, and process improvements. B.E. / B Tech / M Tech, with 10 to 12 Years of experience Agile scrum master,PMP,Microsoft Project Plan, Advanced Excel 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery management, with significant exposure to data center technologies. Proven track record of managing large-scale software projects and distributed teams in data center or infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of data center operations, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMware), networking, and storage. Experience with Agile, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.). Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. Knowledge of security, compliance, and disaster recovery best practices for data centers. Global Project Management, Project Proposals, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management. Certifications in Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner), PMP, ITIL, or relevant data center technologies. Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions.
