<div>【Job Description】</div><div><br><br></div><div>1.自動化專案規劃與執行</div><div>主導自動化導入專案，包含設備選型、流程設計、時程規劃與資源分配。</div><div>協調跨部門合作，確保專案順利推進。</div><div><br></div><div>2.技術評估與導入</div><div>評估新興自動化技術（如機器人、自動搬運系統、AI視覺檢測等）之可行性與效益。</div><div>與設備商或系統整合商合作，導入合適技術。</div><div><br></div><div>3.人員培訓與團隊管理</div><div>建立並領導自動化推行團隊，培養內部技術能力。</div><div>執行教育訓練，提升現場人員對自動化設備的操作與維護能力。</div><div><br></div><div>4.效益分析與持續改善</div><div>建立自動化效益評估機制（如人力節省、良率提升、稼動率改善）。</div><div>推動持續改善與標準化作業流程。</div><div><br></div><div>5.預算與資本支出管理</div><div>編列年度自動化預算，控管資本支出與投資報酬率。</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>
