Job Description

The Project Manager (Mechanical) will lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre‑Engineered Building (PEB) projects within a real estate project management consultancy environment. The role involves managing end‑to‑end execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

  • Lead and oversee mechanical works in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects, managing end-to-end execution.
  • Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Review technical submittals and ensure integration of mechanical systems with PEB structures.
  • Implement QA/QC procedures, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors as the primary point of contact for mechanical works.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare management reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree - Mechanical engineering with 8–12 years of experience in mechanical project management, including 3–5 years in Pre-Engineered Building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in industrial projects, with familiarity in PEB design, fabrication, and erection processes.
  • Proven track record in project management, technical review, and client coordination.
