Senior Software Engineer- Identity & Access

Design, implement, and maintain critical identity infrastructure capable of managing millions of requests daily. Collaborate with product managers, and other teams to create and deliver features from initial concept to Production. Work within a framework that emphasizes ongoing improvement, adaptation, and learning, informed by data analysis. Take part in on-call rotations, site reviews, and incident investigations to contribute to system reliability and team knowledge. Provide guidance to engineers, promoting inclusion, technical accuracy, and consistent improvement. Support the development of an engineering culture focused on growth and professional development. Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND Mid-Senior level years technical engineering experience. Solid experience in technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Proven experience taking part in on-call rotation. Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones. Experience in Kubernetes and CosmosDB. Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills Experience with cross-discipline and cross-team collaboration Excellent technical communication skills C# preferred but not must have.
