HVAC - Entry Level HVAC/Duct Installer

Experience Level: Entry Level (No HVAC experience required — we provide training!)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some required weekends and overtime as the business needs

About the Role

We are looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Installer/Duct Work / Warehouse Support team member to assist our installation crews and support daily warehouse operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long-term career path in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

Installation Support

• Assist experienced installers with HVAC system installations and replacements
• Heavy focus on ductwork — installing, modifying, sealing, and supporting      duct systems in attics/crawl spaces
• Prep  job sites, organize tools, and help maintain a safe, clean work area
• Assist with moving, staging, and loading/unloading equipment and materials

Warehouse & Parts Support

• Pull parts and materials for daily jobs
• Restock and organize inventory
• Prepare equipment and materials for upcoming installations
• Pick up and deliver parts to job sites or vendors as needed

General Responsibilities

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle
• Communicate with dispatch to stay on schedule
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
• Provide professional, respectful customer interaction

Requirements

Requirements

• HVAC and installing duct work experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per company policy 
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and varying  temperatures
• Ability to be flexible in work schedule and job tasks 
• Must posses and team work and can-do attitude
