We are currently recruiting an experienced Window and Door Surveyor to support our operations. You will be responsible for surveying PVC-u, Aluminium, Wood-Aluminium, and Wooden window and door installations and ensuring a seamless handover to our manufacturing and installation teams.

• Attend customer sites to carry out full technical surveys and prepare precise drawings for manufacture.
• Discuss and confirm product specifications, designs, and choices with customers in line with the agreed contract.
• Liaise effectively with installation, processing, and sales departments to ensure accurate communication and workflow.
• Maintain clear, accurate, and organised records for all surveys.
• Identify any deviations from the original scope and communicate these to the sales team promptly.
• Demonstrate strong technical competence and full understanding of all relevant systems, components, and installation requirements.
• Upload all surveys to the CRM system, ensuring customer signatures and required documentation are complete.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

• Monday to Friday

In person, with regional travel as required.

• Proven experience within the fenestration industry.
• Previous professional surveying experience.
• Strong understanding of current UK Building Regulations.
• Methodical approach with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid working knowledge of UPVC windows and the wider building industry.

• Surveying windows and doors: 3 years minimum (essential)

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

• £45,000 - £60,000 depending on ability.
