About the Role

Payroll Processing
 Validate & process the input / output in line with policy & process guidelines
 Input consolidation, data entry in system.
 Pre-process checking, payroll process & post-process check.
 Check all statutory compliance deductions, finalize the payroll.
 Prepare Bank advice as per agreed format.
 Ensure 100% accuracy & on time salary credit to employees.
 File E-TDS quarterly returns.
 Check and process off-cycle.
 Process Full and Final settlement.
 Process salary advance as per laid down policy.
 Process Medical, LTA re-imbursement and other relevant reimbursements.
 Update & Maintain payroll input, reports & other data in shared folder and in Hardcopy in payroll file.
 Prepare Head count reconciliation and variation analysis.
 Resolve employee, HR & internal / external stake holder queries within specified timelines.
Reports
 Prepare the MIS report, Loan report, Superannuation Report, PF Report - Statutory report monthly/quarterly/half-yearly & yearly filling of statutory returns, issue Form 16.
 Provide the data for internal / external auditors handle and resolve the audit queries.
Other Responsibilities
 Handle PMP data, system configurations and other data.
 Monitor the Income Tax Proof activity, mass upload of IT Proofs in SAP.
 Sign the Bank Letter / Bank Advice, if required
 Troubleshoot process related errors, JV errors etc.
 Assist in Identification of process improvement area, drive the idea to closure

 Minimum Degree: Graduation in Commerce preferably with PG
 Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum 5+ years’ experience in payroll activities with similar plants  Area-specific knowledge: o Knowledge about Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Income Tax, LWF o Good knowledge in MS-Office tools like, Excel, PPT, Word o Well-versed with ERP, best practice & process in the industry o Good oral, written communication skill o Good in data management skill o Knowledge of ERP tools
