Description du poste

Pour renforcer son pôle Energie, la Direction des Ingénieurs du groupe ALTEN recrute un Chargé de projet en concertation environnemental.

Missions principales :

  • Préparer et accompagner la concertation (réunions, acteurs locaux, services de l'État),
  • Mettre en œuvre la concertation publique (supports, organisation, comptes-rendus),
  • Acheter des missions d’expertise écologique et des procédures administratives (CCTP, estimation, consultation, commande),
  • Suivre et piloter les prestations (contrôle des livrables, suivi budgétaire),
  • Mettre en œuvre et suivre la procédure de demande d'examen au cas par cas pour une éventuelle évaluation environnementale,
  • Assister pour l'obtention des autorisations (pilotage, contrôle des livrables, suivi de l'instruction, affichage des arrêtés),
  • Assister pour la mise en œuvre des servitudes de passage (conventionnements, suivi des procédures),
  • Assister pour le conventionnement des Plans d'Accompagnement de Projet avec les collectivités.

Qualifications

Formation / Expérience :

  • Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en environnement.
  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience sur un même type de poste.
