・プロセス条件および技術の確立・改善 ・プロセス能力の向上と生産コストの削減 ・プロセスマネジメントプロジェクトの確立・修正 ・各種半導体装置のプロセスパラメータ設定 ・新規装置・材料の評価、導入、計画 ・異常解析と改善 Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement. ・学士号またはそれに相当する経験
