About the Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team of Commercial Fleet Repair experts. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in automotive repair, with a strong focus on diesel engines and transmissions. They will also have a strong understanding of diagnostic tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and repair work on commercial fleet vehicles, including diesel engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and make recommendations for repairs.
  • Inspect and maintain vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and trends.
  • Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, focusing on diesel engines and transmissions.
  • Automotive certification from Ford or another manufacturer is a plus.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent mechanical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills.
