What You’ll Do:

• Drive Resident Retention: Build strong connections with residents to foster a sense of community and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Manage Renewals: Collaborate with the leasing team to handle lease renewals, ensuring a seamless process for our residents.
• Plan & Execute Resident Events: Create and host engaging events that enhance the resident experience and bring the community together.
• Support Day-to-Day Operations: Act as a point of contact for resident inquiries and work closely with the property management team to address needs promptly and professionally.
