About the Role

Sigma Defense is seeking a Project Manager to provide the required support to the Capability Development and Innovation (CD&I) division within the Secretariat for Special Operations under the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (OASW(SO/LIC)).

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Personnel Clearance Level:

  • Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active TS/SCI security clearance or higher.
  • Clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Support the development of acquisition programs that ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects supporting DoW, the Intelligence Community (IC), International Partners, and Interagency.
  • Provide and support the development of technical and operational assessments related to CD&I requirements.
  • Support the development of packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Assessments, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
  • Support facilitating and managing the portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with a Government Program Manager.
  • Support operational security, planning, testing, training, system fielding/kitting, and sustainment efforts.
  • Support and ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects.
  • Support the assessment of emerging technologies to include the use of various business systems and networks to develop and draft reports, documents, and briefs with program inputs per programmatic requirements.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000 annually.
