About the Role

Description

The Opportunity

You'll lead a team of 4+ sales professionals across print, digital, and specialty products. You'll carry your own accounts. You'll have a seat at the table with the Publisher. And you'll help shape what local media looks like for the next decade.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Maintain and grow your own book of business
  • Drive revenue across print (Daily Courier, Chino Valley Review, Smart Shopper), digital (928 Media, dCourier.com), special sections, and specialty products
  • Build scalable sales processes and accountability systems
  • Hit team revenue targets and individual sales goals

What You Bring

  • Proven media sales management experience—you've led teams and have the numbers to prove it
  • Track record of personal sales success in print, digital, or multimedia
  • Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
  • CRM proficiency (we use Newspaper Manager—we'll train you on the specifics)

Compensation

  • Base salary: $65,000+      depending on experience
  • Commission structure     based on team growth
  • Benefits package!

Prescott Valley, Arizona (on-site required; relocation candidates welcome)
