Barback-Day

Description

As a Barback-Day, you will play an important role in ensuring our bar runs smoothly and our customers have an enjoyable experience. You will work closely with our bartenders and other staff members to keep the bar area clean, organized and well-stocked. Your duties will include:

- Assisting the bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers. - Keeping the bar area clean by wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash. - Restocking and organizing supplies, such as liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. - Setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after each shift. - Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and taking orders when necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus, but not required.
