PEL - Build & Validation

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables:

•    B&V function Front Face for the Platform.
•    Responsible for end-to-end deliverables from B&V function to the Platform.
•    Responsible for DVP planning, Execution of DVP, Failure management System & Validation clearance for the Product.
•    Responsible for Technical support to Platform Engineering Head to take Engineering decisions by providing necessary Performance and Durability Test data.
•    Responsible for executing PALS/FI verification against the specification and release of Report for Product clearance.
•    To Lead collaborative working among Build, Labs, Field, Track, Homologation & COEs for DVP execution as per Time plan.
•    Front loading of Product requirements by exploring various Customer usage patterns through Field applications/Engineering.
•    To be part of solution and supporting well for Failure analysis, DFA, DFS, Plant Process simulation, Farm Machinery equipment testing.
•    Working relentlessly with COEs, Testing teams for evolving new test methods & standards for emerging Technologies & adopt for Platform requirements.
•    Material management (Regular Parts) & Budget requirements/management for the Platform.

Experience (years):

8-10 Years

Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in  Mechanical /Agriculture Engineering

Competencies:

•    Should have Technical and Functional knowledge of Tractor and taking appropriate decisions.
•    To do Planning the DVPs, Testing strategies for the Platform and Handle the entire Platform deliverables single handedly.
•    To be able to cut-across functions to work collaboratively for ensuring the deliverables on time.
•    To be Proactive, Independent and Drive the team to be delivery focussed and to adhere to processes & deadlines.
•    To ensure decision making at right time with relevant data, escalate to seek guidance from PEH & CPH of the Platform & shoulders the responsibilities.
