AI Builder Engineer (AT)

Our latest innovation, the AI Builder Engineer —one of the most advanced offerings in the ITSM space—allows customers to create powerful AI agents without writing code. To unlock its full potential, we’re looking for an AI Product Specialist. In this individual-contributor role, you'll spend your time designing and building production-ready AI agents mostly with vibe coding and some light coding. Focused on creating value utilizing 3rd party apps. 

You will play a major role inside a team that operates like a startup inside SysAid, agile, creative, and fully focused on building something new from the ground up, backed by the strength and resources of an established company.

AI plays a key role in everything we do, from how we design and experiment to how our product delivers value and reaches users through a full PLG go-to-market strategy. You will be part of a team that uses AI daily to move faster, think bigger, and build smarter.

Responsibilities

• Design and build (mostly ‘vibe-coding’) AI agents on our Builder platform, using 3rd party APIs.
• Craft, test, and iterate prompts; establish reusable templates and guardrails to ensure the best user experience, trust, and consistent brand voice.
• Identify new agent opportunities through market research, customer interviews, and field feedback; translate insights into a prioritized backlog.
• Track adoption and quality KPIs of your AI agents

Requirements

• Strong prompt engineering skills.
• Experience with no-code/low-code integration platforms is a plus.
• Background in IT.
• Proven track record of creating enablement content, delivering training, or leading product demos for technical SaaS solutions.
• Comfortable reading and modifying code; proficient with REST APIs, Postman, GitHub, and basic JavaScript and SQL.
• Excellent project-management skills—planning, prioritizing, and executing cross-functional work using tools like Asana or Jira.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities; capable of effectively collaborating with engineers, PMs, sales engineers, and customers.
• Passion for innovation, curiosity about emerging AI trends, and a willingness to drive change through data-driven experimentation.

 Nice to Have

• 1+ years hands-on experience building agents based on LLMs.
• Ability to design multi-step agent workflows and evaluation strategies.
• Experience building over office-365 is a major bonus!
• IT-experience is a plus
