Fleet X Logistics Ltd is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operating from DPO1 Havant. We provide last-mile parcel delivery services across Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport and nearby areas. Our team is made up of dedicated, self-employed drivers who use company-insured vans, fuel and equipment to deliver parcels safely, professionally and on time.

FleetX Logistics Ltd is hiring Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers across Portsmouth, Havant, Gosport, Fareham and nearby areas. We’re looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to deliver parcels safely using our company-provided vans, fuel, and insurance. Full paid training is provided, and no previous delivery experience is required. This is a self-employed role.

Christmas Incentive Bonus
• £12 extra per day when working 6 days a week
• £9 extra per day when working 5 days a week
• £5 extra per day when working 2–3 days a week

Shift Pattern
• 9-hour shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels to residential and business customers
• Follow pre-planned routes using a handheld device
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Load, scan, and handle parcels up to 23kg

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of van-driving experience(Drivers with new UK licences are welcome, including those who have driven cars or vans in their home country.)
• Full UK or EU driving licence (automatic accepted)
• Maximum 6 points (no DR, IN, or TT offences)
• Must pass background checks
• Physically fit, punctual, and reliable
• Basic English for navigation and communication

Important: Company vans must remain at the depot overnight. You need your own transport (car, bike, or public transport) to travel to and from the depot.
