About the Role

Sett is looking for a Squad Lead to join our out-of-this-world, cross-functional team. If you love taking ownership, enjoy working across the stack, and aren’t afraid to dive into new technologies, this might be your perfect role.


Responsibilities

  • Leading a squad of 3–4 developers while remaining 100% hands-on
  • Own end-to-end feature development - from design and coding to testing and production
  • Work on LLM based applications including the development of proprietary AI Agents
  • Collaborate with team members through design/code reviews and open discussions
  • Partner closely with research and engineering to deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python (At least 8 years) - a MUST
  • Strong experience in large-scale system architecture - a MUST
  • 3+ years of managerial or team leadership experience - a MUST
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain complex backend systems
  • Curiosity, drive, and a passion for building great tech
  • Background in the mobile gaming industry – an advantage
  • Experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, or AI orchestration frameworks - an advantage
