🌅 Morning Care Assistants – Home Instead Andover & East Wiltshire 

Locations: Andover, Devizes, Pewsey, Marlborough, Amesbury, Tidworth, Larkhill, Ludgershall & nearby villages 
Pay: £12.70 per care hour + paid travel time (£12.21/hr) + 45p per mile 
Hours: Part-time, morning shifts (typically 7:00–11:30am) – choose the days and areas that suit you

Are you an early bird with a caring heart? We’re looking for kind, reliable people to join our Home Instead team, supporting older adults with their morning routines so they can live comfortably and independently at home. 

What you’ll do: 

• Help clients get ready for the day (washing, dressing, breakfast, medication) 

• Offer companionship and reassurance 

• Support safe, happy mornings and meaningful connections

• A kind and compassionate nature – no experience needed 

• Reliable and confident working independently 

• Access to your own transport (most visits are in rural areas) 

• Availability for some morning shifts any day of the week
