About the Role

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled Management Information Systems Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and enhancing our information systems to better support the organizational objectives and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate reporting of data and the effective management of information systems, leveraging your expertise to provide insights and drive data-based decision-making.


Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for information systems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize management information systems to improve data processing and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system design, implementation, and user guides.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Train users on information systems and provide ongoing support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in management information systems or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques, database management, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
