Salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Benefits | District Travel Required

GreatWater 360 Auto Care is hiring an Automotive Bench Service Manager to support multiple shops in your district. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who enjoys variety, teamwork, and helping shops succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to shops to support staffing needs
   
• Greet customers, answer phones, and provide outstanding customer service
   
• Build estimates, review repairs with Technicians, and get repair approvals
   
• Track workflow, enter vehicle/customer info in Protractor, and manage work orders
   
• Support new Service Advisor training
   
• Assist with general shop tasks as needed

What You Bring

• 2+ year Service Manager - automotive experience
   
• Strong customer service and sales skills
   
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
   
• Valid driver’s license & acceptable MVR
   
• Basic computer and math skills; mechanical knowledge is a plus
