About the Role
Description
Our client in Sandy Springs, Georgia is in need of an experienced general surgery physician assistant to provide coverage for 3 months starting January 5, 2026. This is an outpatient need, weekdays only/no weekends, no call, and 40 hour weeks. Coverage is needed to support general surgery and provider will not be doing any surgeries. Only small procedures (lump and bump removals) and clinic visits.
- Physician Assistant - General Surgery
- Pay: $100/hour
- Contract Coverage/Locum Tenens (3 month)
- Sandy Springs, Georgia
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- No Call, Weekdays Only, Outpatient Only
- 10-15 patients/day
Lodging & Travel Assistance Available for Non-Local Candidates
Malpractice Coverage Provided
Requirements
- Active Georgia Medical License
- 2+ years as a physician assistant
- Minimum Board Certification - Board Eligible
- Clean Malpractice History and Criminal Record
